How Video Works

1) Reserve the time and location of your event. This is non-binding, but makes booking and communication easier. If that time isn't available or you don't know yet, feel free to reach out.

2) We'll agree on the details and vision of your event. Then, I'll send a contract that outlines our agreement.

3) On shooting day, I arrive early set up what I need. I may have a lot of gear and an assistant, but it's your job to enjoy the event and I'll make sure to get the shot you need! At the end of the event, half of the agreed upon price is due.

4) Within 14 business days, you'll receive the first rough cut of the video. Depending on the length and size of the event, it may be from 1 minute to 10 minutes long. I strive to capture the essence of the event; my video style stays true to the event and there are no artificial edits.

5) Now, we communicate back and forth to get your video to perfection. I'm open to any all suggestions, although not all changes are feasible. When we both agree on a final cut, I'll deliver the video in a number of quality levels, from 4K to HD. If agreed upon, you may have many videos of an event, such as a highlights reel, long take, etc.

6) Finally, I'll send an invoice for your records, and final payment is due. At this point, a review is highly appreciated, and I encourage you to post the video on social media!
